Vegan Egg McMuffin

*Prepare the “Follow Your Heart” brand Vegan Egg ( in a bowl and add salt and pepper to the mix. Pour the mix into a medium saucepan letting it cook omelet style for 2-3 minutes on both sides until lightly browned.

*Toast your favorite sourdough bread or a vegan english muffin, and slather with Earth Balance buttery spread until irresistibly delicious!

*Stack one piece of Field Roast brand Chao vegan cheese and as much hickory smoked Tofurky as your heart desires onto the bread.

*When your vegan egg has fully cooked, place your omelet style egg on top and voila…Egg McMuffin, vegan style!
